"Gwen and Booker T. Hunt are Foster Care parents in my hometown. (Gwen is known as Mother Teresa of Newberry.) Usually 8 or 9 children (all boys) live with them at a time. The boys learn to help out on the cattle farm and care for the watermelon fields. Over 130 boys have stayed or lived with the Hunts. They are truly servants of God. I am blessed to know them, and try to help out when I can. When one of the boys gets something new, they ALL want the same thing!"
"Everybody wants a piece of the pie!" -- Anna Moo
It never fails
You get something new -
Everybody wants to be best friends with you.
Maybe you got a jacket... or tennis shoes,
They wanna wear it, check it out and check out their moves...
Chorus:
Oh Me! - Oh Me! Oh My! - Oh My!
Everybody wants a piece of the pie!
You have a basketball - they want to dribble!
You've got some crayons they just want to scribble.
You have a new bike - and they want to ride it.
You're eating a candy bar... and they wanna bite it.
Chorus
Now I don't mind sharing...
But you better be polite!
You better say, "Pretty please and thank you!"
Or you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be holding on tight!
Chorus
You've got a kite - they wanna fly it.
You've got a new toy and man they wana try it.
You're going swimming - they wanna take a dip
You got a chocolate milkshake, and they want to take a sip!
Chorus
